Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Job Description

• Lead the developer team and build communication with another team, such as Design team, UX team, etc.
• Testing and development of Website and backend system (Ruby on Rails, HTML and CSS).
• Testing, monitoring and maintenance of server (full-stack, Linux)
• Gathering of requirements around functionality requests from other 
departments, such as marketing and after-sales and translating them into 
elegant functional solutions.
• Proactively suggesting improvements to the existing website for either 
maintainability or commerciality.
• Helping and supporting on other aspects of product in case needed, e.g. 
mobile application testing.

Job Requirements

• Have an experiences with Ruby on Rails at least 5 years
• Experience architecting large scale Ruby/Rails applications
• Strong Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript (Node.JS or Angular.JS is nice-to-have skill)
• Significant experiences with web application development using variety other languages and tools, Java or Python
• Uses GIT as your daily working tool
• Familiar with various Database Platform, SQL or NoSQL systems
• Access and experience to bleeding edge technology and mobile platform.
• Likes to work in a relaxed and achievement-orientated working environment
